It’s common practice now days for many people to have their monthly obligations for utility, mortgage or other types of payments taken directly out of their bank accounts.
Queen of Heaven is starting to offer the opportunity to make your contributions electronic as well!
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) at Queen of Heaven utilizes the same method that automatically deducts your offertory gift from your checking or savings account once a month.
Many find this method to be a convenient way to manage their money more efficiently. We recognize this type of giving will not appeal to all of our parishioners, but our school families have been using the EFT method for several years and are very satisfied with the process. In fact, over 200 school families currently participate in EFT.
Not only is EFT giving an easy way for parishioners to make their contribution, but it also helps the Parish to know the amount of revenue that can be counted on when planning the yearly budget. Parishioners who are on vacation, attending a weekend mass at another church or are unable to attend Mass due to circumstances such as bad weather, can be assured that their contribution will automatically be made.
Sign-up for EFT giving is simple.
All you need to do is complete the Authorization Form linked below that allows your bank to deduct the amount you choose from your checking or savings account on the 10th of each month and electronically transfer the amount to Queen of Heaven’s account.
A chart is provided below, as well as within the Authorization Form, to help you convert your weekly giving to the monthly amount required for EFT. You always have the option of changing the amount you want deducted at any time.
Complete the Authorization Form, sign it, attach a voided check, and return it to the either via mail to our Rectory or by leaving it in the mailbox on the front door of the Rectory.
