Queen of Heaven School has been serving the needs of Catholic and non-Catholic students for over 60 years. These students are drawn from families in West Seneca, Buffalo, Cheektowaga, Lancaster, Orchard Park and beyond. The highly effective teaching staff offers programs using state-of-the art technology, hands-on learning, and higher-level critical thinking.
As you can imagine, serving our community to provide an outstanding education to students is quite an expensive proposition. The Queen of Heaven Home School Guild (HSG) is a parent-based group that coordinates fundraisers and holds special events for the school community. HSG is a vital piece in supporting the development of each child, helping to defray some of the expenses.
The largest fundraiser that the Home School Guild holds is the annual Queen of Heaven School’s Night of Hope. This event will be held on Saturday, March 28th, 2020 at Michael’s Banquet & Catering. We anticipate 600 guests in attendance at this event. Friends, families, teachers and alumni will gather that evening for a night of fun with great food, basket raffles, games, a silent auction featuring the artwork of students and $15,000 in cash prizes! The Night of Hope will help the Home School Guild meet our fundraising goal of $76,000.
Please consider contributing to help make this event a night to remember! Monetary sponsorships, gift certificates and merchandise from the generosity of community members like you are a large part of what helps in the success of this event. To acknowledge your generosity and draw attention to your business, we have several sponsorship opportunities for monetary contributions. Gift certificates and merchandise donations for raffles will have signage with the donor name. In addition, the names of our donors will be listed in our parish bulletin and on our school website. This will ensure that over 6,000 parishioners and school families will know that you have helped our school succeed.
